Our steel machine centres are what we use to manufacture and export many of our cutting-edge and general bucket protection products. This technology allows us to accurately drill and machine a wide variety of different holes, as well as mill a variety of different bevels, in two dimensions with pinpoint precision in cutting edge, steel bar and plate materials, in thicknesses of up to 80mm and hardnesses as high as HB550.

The difference with John Moore is that our technology allows us to cut, drill, machinery and manufacture all of our edges, blades and plate products after the heat-treatment process has been undertaken. This is critical advantage that sets us apart from our competitors, as procuring our products in this way reduces the possibility of sending out parts to our customers that may have became mishapen or distorted during the heat-treatment procedure.
